1. Services Provided

Jo the Feng Shui Coach offers Feng Shui consultations focused on helping you align the energy of your space to support wellbeing, relationships, health, and financial flow. These services may include written reports, virtual or in-person assessments, and practical recommendations.

2. Disclaimer

Feng Shui is a complementary practice that supports personal and environmental harmony. While many clients experience positive changes, Jo the Feng Shui Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Client Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information about your space and intentions for the consultation. The effectiveness of the advice depends on your openness and willingness to implement the suggestions provided.

4. Payment and Refunds

All consultations must be paid for in advance or through a payment plan, if agreed. Jo the Feng Shui Coach offers a three-part payment plan option for select services, which must be honored in full once the first payment is made. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined in the agreement. Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved in creating your personalised Feng Shui analysis, refunds are not available once the service has been purchased or delivered. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you wish to reschedule an appointment.

5. Confidentiality

All personal and property information shared with Jo the Feng Shui Coach will be treated with strict confidentiality. Jo the Feng Shui Coach respects your privacy and will not share your details with third parties without your permission.

6. Copyright & Content Use

All materials provided by Jo the Feng Shui Coach, and wwwjoshenton.com including but not limited to written reports, diagrams, downloadable resources (free or paid), and website content, are the intellectual property of Jo the Feng Shui Coach and are protected under applicable copyright laws. These materials are supplied for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise use any content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Jo the Feng Shui Coach. 7. Limitation of Liability

Jo the Feng Shui Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the services. You agree to use your own judgment in applying any Feng Shui recommendations.
