*The year your home was built (Jo can help if you’re unsure as we use 20 year building cycles)
*Details of any extensions, renovations or new roofs
*Photos of your home and a floor plan
*A short note about your motivation for doing this Feng Shui analysis
Don’t worry—Jo will guide you through all of this after purchase.

*Check your real estate sales documents or property listings
*Ask neighbours—many homes share similar layouts
*Draw your floor plan by hand using graph paper to scale
